Mattress stuffing or its proxy makes alot of sense light of:
-raging inflation eating up low interest
- high taxes on same
- lack of FDIC coverage of all deposits.

if you have a plan for securing $ removed from banks it makes way more sense than letting the govt declare bank holidays and wipe you out.

I wonder if we'll see an outright scramble to move money out of suspect insititutions once the next big bank fails...
