I'm going to bet that 23 percent will be much less that 754m in years hence. Something about reduced tax collections comes to mind.

But good on RI for trying, anyway.

What, no cutting sarcasm for the Baucus Rockefeller briefing ? I'm disappointed. And shouldn't those be listed with a lower case d ?
