Me 'n my girlfriend been shackin' up now going on 15 years.
Every once in a while one of us will say to the other, "Do you ever think about us getting married?"
Common sense has always prevailed in the other one of us, and the answer is always, "Why get married and ruin a beautiful friendship?"

Dropped the price to $324,000.00?????? Do these people have even a clue as to why their marriage may have failed? How many Lexus SUV's do they have? How about some big black Dodge "Bighorn" Pickemuptrucks? Whether they loved each other or not, or whether they hated each other or not--this venture was doomed to fail sooner than later. I would say a lot of the lady's "stomach" problems were due to the Great RealEstate rug jerkin' of 2007-2008. The silver lining is that marriages where the people actually are in love with each other, and not just what their combined incomes could bring them in material goods, can thrive when the time honored lesson of LIVE WITHIN YOUR MEANS is followed. The lesson here is to buy a calculator ($39.95) for a business model, and learn to use it.

been some good times
been some bad times
this year we celebrated our 59th.
family always came first
guess we where made in a different mold
