Nowadays, the airwaves are filled with talking heads who claim to know what went wrong and where things are headed. Personally, I think The Onion, the satirical online news source (and a long-time favorite of mine), has more credibility than some of these so-called experts. In their latest report, "More American Workers Outsourcing Own Jobs Overseas," they detail the real reason why unemployment is rising.

In 2010 we will really see how much stress our nation’s economy can handle when the second wave of Option ARM’s hit the mortgage/banking markets. They predict the total value will triple the sub-prime totals. I read a very interesting article on this website www.capstonesuccess.com and from what I have found they are the only firm offering actual investment recommendations for example BUY-SELL ideas on stocks, bonds, mutual funds and all that good stuff. They were saying socialized banking would take place around 2011. We shall see…
