Check this web page. I have been watching these indexes for the last 2 weeks. Notice that all of them are trading on their all-time lows. These numbers get updated every day at about 6pm. When there is a big drop at night, the markets crash the next day. When a portion of these indexes recover, then the DOW zooms up the next day.

In a time of great asset inflation -- you have great risks to collateral emanating from the deflationary forces that can accompany bursting asset-financial bubbles. Aside from Sub-Prime and Alt-A problems -- everyone who borrowed more than 25% in an area that has declined 33% -- is underwater -- and so are their notes -- buried in and amongst other debt backed by "assets".
